Furniture boards are manufactured using professional equipment of well-known world brands, which ensures that the products are of good quality, preserve their natural structure and enhance their strength characteristics.
Oak furniture boards are of outstanding value for their properties and are widely used in furniture production. Its special resistance to stress makes it possible to use furniture boards made of oak or pine for the production of

Quality characteristics of oak furniture panels:
Grade A - wood is selected by color without sharp differences in neighboring lamellas. Mirrored lamellas are allowed, single live knots no more than 2-3 pieces per board up to 15 mm, black knots up to 5 mm. The boards have no sapwood or gluing defects.
Grade B - single live knots of no more than 3-5 pieces up to 30 mm, black knots up to 20 mm are allowed in the board, which are putty at the request of the client. The boards have no sapwood or gluing defects.
Grade C - live knots up to 50 mm are allowed in the board, black - without restrictions, putty. Discoloration, sapwood up to 20% on the lamellae, gluing defects, core defects are possible. The boards have no ash, rot, wormholes.
Rustik grade - live knots up to 60 mm are allowed in the board, black - without restrictions, putty. Discoloration, sapwood, gluing defects, core defects are possible. The boards are free of ash, rot, wormholes.

The process of manufacturing a furniture board: for the manufacture of a furniture board, a dry furniture blank of 7-9%, of appropriate quality and length is used. After preliminary calibration on the equipment of Michael Weinig Gmbh, if necessary, it is spliced along the length on the GreCon CombiPact line and glued along the width into a board of the appropriate size.
After sizing and sanding, the boards are packaged for shipment according to customer requirements.
