The first production process at our company begins with the processing of round timber into furniture and parquet billets. This process is the most labor-intensive and resource-intensive, so to simplify this stage as much as possible, we produce blanks of only one thickness of 30 mm. Below are the quality characteristics of furniture and parquet blanks.
A - I grade - Clean on four sides, live knots Ø up to 5 mm are allowed.
B - II Grade - One wide side is clean. On the reverse side, healthy fused knots Ø up to 15 mm, sapwood up to 1/3 of the thickness of the workpiece are allowed.
С - III grade - Healthy fused knots Ø up to 25 mm, black up to 5 mm, healthy sapwood up to 1/3 of the width, discoloration are allowed.
R - rustik - Allowed live knots Ø up to 60 mm, live knot on the edge up to 20 mm, black knots Ø up to 20 mm, heartwood. Sapwood, tobacco knots, cracks at the ends and in the layer, ingrown bark, wormholes, rot are not allowed.
The quality of the blanks may vary depending on the customer's wishes.

The process of manufacturing oak sawn timber: Round oak timber is sawn on the SRM cutting line, the Polish Wood-Mizer LT-40 and PRP-58 Drozdowski sawmills. Next, edged boards of the appropriate widths are formed on the Paul, RAIMAN 120 and Yavir CM-800 multi-saw machines and cut on the Opticut facing and sorting line.
After sorting and stacking on pallets, the billets are transported under sheds where they undergo a natural drying process lasting from one to three months. Subsequently, the billet is transferred to the drying chambers of the Czech company KATRES, where it undergoes the final drying process to a moisture content of 7-9%.
After drying is completed, the final sorting is carried out directly for each customer, and the billets are packed for shipment.
